Monica Fletcher, Principal

Monica launched the Consultant Toolkit in 2010. Monica has more than two decades of experience in research and consulting. Monica started Fletcher Insights with the goal of bringing The Consultant Toolkit and ad-hoc research services at-scale to independent consultancies.

Monica received a Master’s in Business Administration from Northeastern State University and her Bachelor of Science in Organizational Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University. Monica holds certifications from the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP), the Society of Human Resource Management as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and American Society for Quality as a Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB).

In her free time, Monica enjoys traveling, hiking, and volunteering as a running coach, pacer, and race director.
